Meet BestCo
This page is BestCo’s canonical reference—the fixed facts of a fictional company. Every property, every code, every person who works here is listed below exactly as it appears everywhere else. When a code like BP-1001 shows up in an Opsurant screenshot or sample document, this is where it comes from.
The properties
Sixteen properties on BestCo’s books: fifteen operating communities across three portfolios—conventional residential, affordable, and commercial—plus the company’s own corporate office, which BestCo tracks under a code like everything else. Each is identified only by its code, name, size, and type—BestCo’s properties don’t have street addresses or map pins, because they don’t have streets to sit on.
